It is our duty to contribute to the fight against global warming by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. Our Environmental Policy formalizes this duty through 3 commitments: measuring our impacts, extending the lifespan of our products, and encouraging more responsible behaviors. We regularly calculate, on a voluntary basis, our carbon footprint covering scopes 1-3 according to the GHG Protocol methodology.

We are equally vigilant in ensuring the safety of our products through a series of checks from design to manufacturing and in ensuring our compliance thanks to the regulatory monitoring service.

We also place great importance on the protection of the data of our employees, users, and partners. This approach is governed by an Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP).

Finally, we are also committed to fighting all forms of corruption and to acting according to principles of ethics and professional conduct. Our Ethics Charter and our adherence to the United Nations Global Compact are proof of this.

Formalization of our due diligence process

Crosscall has implemented a due diligence process to identify and reduce the risks of negative impacts related to its activities throughout its value chain. It covers essential key areas such as human rights, the environment, consumer protection, and anti-corruption.

Inspired by the OECD Guide on Due Diligence for Responsible Business Conduct, this process applies to all our activities and is based on the following steps:

Building our climate trajectory

This year, we began developing our climate strategy based on the ACT Step by Step method. Several steps were taken:

Assessment of our maturity regarding the low-carbon transition
Identification of climate risks and opportunities
Search for a business model compatible with a low-carbon world

This approach has strengthened Crosscall's current commitments, such as eco-design and the development of refurbished products, while opening new avenues, like exploring low-carbon services and products.

The development of an operational action plan is underway, putting this strategy into practice as a climate trajectory aligned with the Paris Agreements.
