Since its creation in 2009, Crosscall has involved its users throughout the design process of its new products. The strategy is based on the fact that you, the users, are best placed to define your expectations for future products.
Our approach is to identify and best meet the needs of each individual in order to create products dedicated to specific uses. This process may lead the product team to consult innovators to make a quick choice between several solutions or, conversely, to explore longer-term ideas that would allow the entire company to identify new development directions.
Moreover, innovators are not only represented by top athletes or extreme workers; all profiles are represented and sought after.

A workshop is a collaborative session where CROSSCALL innovators and collaborators freely exchange ideas in a relaxed setting around a defined theme.
TESTING IN THE FIELD
When a product is under development, innovators have the opportunity to test it in advance under real conditions to compare it with its future use.
Our Innovators leave nothing to chance! Their high standards are a real strength for us. By testing our smartphones in their daily lives and sometimes under extreme conditions, they help us identify even the smallest weaknesses. We discuss, investigate, and understand how and why a limitation appeared. This dialogue allows us to improve our products so they are always more durable, reliable, and better suited to real-world use.
