Over time, we have acquired and developed our own expertise, which now allows us to offer a 5-year warranty on all our smartphones, mobiles, and tablets from the 5th generation.

In addition to embodying the durability of our products, this warranty represents a real difference in the phone market where the legal warranty period for smartphones remains 2 years.
This warranty will be retroactive for products from Generation 5, including those available before the launch of this warranty, such as the CORE-M5 and the ACTION-X5.
Replacing Your Battery
Always committed to extending the lifespan of our products and thus avoiding unnecessary purchases, we naturally pledge to replace any defective battery as well as those showing significant loss of charge or autonomy. No matter how sturdy your battery is, its performance can degrade over the years due to heavy use or simple chemical aging over time.
But don’t worry! Our unique 5-year warranty allows you to benefit from coverage for its replacement when these conditions are met:
- Capacity less than or equal to 70%: the battery has lost its original capacity and no longer provides the same autonomy.
- Number of full charge cycles less than or equal to 850: if you have not reached this charge cycle threshold, the battery will be replaced.

- Development of CROSSCALL Standards: Crosscall devices meet a demanding specification ensuring their manufacturing quality. This starts from the design phase with the selection of materials and components with a longer lifespan, rigorous assembly carried out in an automated way to ensure a high level of precision, and finally, no fewer than 300 tests designed to replicate the various situations that could occur in real life.
- X-LAB, a laboratory to surpass ourselves: Located at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, where we conduct all usage tests of our devices as close as possible to your daily life.
