It is our duty to contribute to the fighting global warming by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. Our Environmental Policy formalizes this duty through 3 commitments Our aim is to measure our impact, extend the life of our products and encourage more responsible behavior. We calculate our impacts regularly, on a voluntary basis, our carbon footprint covering scopes 1-3 according to the GHG Protocol methodology.

We are just as vigilant in ensuring product safety through a series of controls from design to manufacturing and ensuring our compliance thanks to our dedicated regulatory watch service.

We also attach great importance to data protection for our employees, users and partners. This approach is governed by an Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP).

Finally, we are also committed to combating all forms of corruption and to act ethically and professionally. Our Ethics Charter and our membership of the United Nations Global Compact are proof of this.

Formalizing our due diligence process

Crosscall has implemented a due diligence process for identify and reduce the risk of negative impacts related to its activities along the entire value chain. It covers essential key areas such as human rights, the environment, consumer protection and the fight against corruption.

Inspired by OECD Due Diligence Guide for Responsible Business ConductThis process applies to all our activities and is based on the following steps:

Building our climate trajectory

This year, we started developing our climate strategy using the ACT Step by Step method. Several steps were taken:

Evaluation of our maturity in the low-carbon transition
Identification of climate risks and opportunities
Search for a compatible business model with a low-carbon world

This approach has reinforced current commitments such as eco-design and the development of refurbished products. by opening up new avenuessuch as the exploration of low-carbon products and services.
