[1] These conditions also apply to ACTION-X5 and CORE-M5 purchases made before 31/01/2022. For purchases made before 18/07/2023, the warranty period applies to the product, including the battery.

[2] For purchases made after 07/18/2023, the battery is guaranteed for 5 years.
During the warranty period, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if the following 2 cumulative conditions are met:
- Battery capacity less than or equal to 70%.
- Number of full charge cycles less than or equal to 850.

[3] The battery is covered by a 5-year Warranty. During the warranty period, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if the battery capacity is less than or equal to 70%.

[4] Your reconditioned phone and the accessories included in the box (except for exclusions specified at the time of purchase) are guaranteed under normal conditions of use, and according to our general conditions of sale and the commercial warranty contract available on the CROSSCALL website in the section > Help > Warranty.

[5]During the warranty period of your reconditioned phone's battery, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if its capacity is less than or equal to 70%.
