The CHALLENGE

Upon the expiration of its contract in spring 2025, VFD launched the renewal of its Crosscall mobile terminal fleet composed of CORE-X4 and CORE-M5. After five years of intensive service in real conditions, these devices, naturally reaching the end of their cycle, required renewal to maintain an optimal level of performance. The goal was to ensure continuity of operations for drivers while meeting high demands in terms of durability, performance, and adaptation to professional uses.

VFD renews its trust in CROSSCALL to equip its employees daily

With smartphones subjected to intensive use by drivers, VFD needed terminals capable of keeping up: checking schedules, reporting incidents, and ticket control. For continuity, Crosscall was chosen a second time to deploy the new fleet of terminals.
