THIS IS HOW WE THINK LOCAL
Maximising our positive impact on local communities wherever we are established and take part in the development of the French and European economies.
Developing
our r&d activities
locally
Founded and based in Aix-en-Provence, Crosscall continues to develop its R&D expertise in France.
Since 2020, thanks to the X-LAB - our internal laboratory - we have been carrying out a large number of product quality tests in-house. Crosscall Engineering was created in 2023 with the aim of bringing the development process for our products and solutions in-house.
We also prioritize and strengthen local partnerships, such as our long-standing collaboration with Cordon Electronics, a French company specialised in the repair and refurbishment of electronic products.
Our efforts to internalize development, coupled with a solid partnership with a trusted French player have resulted in the local assembly of several accessories since 2023, including two entirely designed and assembled in France.
Finally, we contribute to our local communities by getting involved through charitable activities, sponsorship or patronage that reflect our values.
Our actions
carried out during the 2025 fiscal year*

A new accessory assembled in France
Following the X-BLOCKER and X-SCAN, another product assembled in France was released this year.
The X-COMMAND is a Bluetooth and wired remote control that was designed entirely by Crosscall Engineering and assembled in France by our partner, Cordon Electronics.
This compact device allows you to control your smartphone and any compatible equipment or application remotely, while offering the brand's signature level of robustness and resistance.

Our Services Certified by Service France Garanti
In 2025, Crosscall successfully maintained certification from the independent organization Service France Garanti, for its 2 services: After-Sales Service and Reconditioning Service. This certification guarantees the following two cumulative criteria:
- 90% of the workforce in direct contact with the customer is subject to an employment contract governed by French law. This criterion applies to each component of the service.
- 90% of the workforce involved in providing the essential features of the service is subject to a French employment contract.
AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!
Projects for fiscal year 2026* :
Working with our international partners to assemble products as close as possible to their target market, thereby creating local jobs.
*Our CSR objectives are set based on Crosscall’s fiscal years. Example: the 2025 fiscal year runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
