This guarantee will be retroactive on Generation 5 products, including those available before the launch of this guarantee, such as CORE-M5 andACTION-X5.
YOUR BATTERY GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS
Our new devices come with a 5-year warranty and a high-quality lithium-ion battery that can withstand extreme temperatures, combined with energy-saving components.
Replacing your battery
As part of our ongoing commitment to extend the life of our products and avoid unnecessary purchases, we will, of course, replace any defective battery, as well as those showing excessive loss of charge or autonomy. No matter how sturdy your battery, its performance can deteriorate over the years as a result of intensive use or simple chemical ageing over time.
But don't panic! Our unique 5-year warranty means you'll be covered for replacement when the following conditions are met:
-Capacity less than or equal to 70%: the battery has lost its original capacity and therefore no longer offers the same autonomy.
and
- Number of complete charge cycles less than or equal to 850: if you have not reached this threshold number of charge cycles, the battery will be replaced.

In addition to retaining the major advances that enabled us to lay the foundations for our 3-year warranty, the last few years have seen significant advances in the design (hardware and software) and testing of our products.
These advances mean that you can now enjoy ever more durable products.

- CROSSCALL Standards: Crosscall handsets meet exacting specifications to guarantee their manufacturing quality. This starts at the design stage, with the selection of materials and components with the longest life expectancy, rigorous automated assembly to ensure a high level of precision, and no fewer than 300 tests designed to reproduce the different situations that could occur in life.
- X-LAB, a laboratory to surpass ourselves: Located at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, X-LAB is where we carry out all the usage tests for our devices, as close as possible to your everyday life.
So it's the same device that undergoes the resistance tests before passing the water-resistance tests, because it's almost never a new smartphone that falls into the water.
- On the software side, to extend the durability of our devices, our engineers have chosen components with a longer lifespan, such as Qualcomm's long-life processors.
