General accountant (M/F)

Within the Accounting, Treasury and Tax Department, in a requirement environment, you will integrate, under the supervision of the accounting manager, the accounting center. This is part of a desire for continuous improvement specific to Crosscall, Both in terms of recruitment dynamism and creations or processes.

At the service of other departments, we are careful to collect financial information to translate it in our accounts, reliably and within the time limits. We guarantee quality monthly orders that are transmitted to management and shareholders. We also offer them support in the use of the tools we make available to them in order to streamline exchanges. 

1) General accounting

• Materialize and record the regularization entries (PCA, FAE, FNP etc ...) of the end of the month of the accounting cycles of which you are responsible
• Record and follow the entries related to fixed assets
• Record and follow the entries related to social and tax data.
• Determine and record VAT entries, TVS.
• Accounting of operations related to current cash flow as well as those linked to loans.
• Update the monthly closing workheats of the accounting cycles of which you are responsible
• Participate in the identification of the positions of optimization of the position, propose and conduct the adequate action plan

 2) Additional missions

• Back-up of certain team members of the team during the absences.

Profile sought

Knowledge:

• Mastering French accounting standards and taxation.
• Excel mastery (TCD and formulas)
• Knowledge of Sage 100c will be a real asset

Know-how:

• Experience from 4 to 6 years old including ideally 2 to 3 years in accounting firm

Know-how:

• Rigorous, methodical and organized 
• Curious not hesitating to go and get the information if it is missing and appreciate its reliability
• Capable of holding deadlines and adapting
