Activation of vocal entry
To be able to dictate text, you must first activate the vocal entry:
- See you in " Parameters " Then " Languages and seizure ».
- Click on " Current keyboard " And " Select keyboards ».
- Activate the mode " Google vocal entry " In " Vocal output mode " Then " Activated ».
- Open the application Sms.
- Click on the micro key placed to the right of the keyboard.
- The message Speak Now appears.
- Dictate your text distinctly.
- Avoid long sentences and complicated words if possible that may not appear in the dictionary stored on your trekker-x3.
- As the dictation progresses, the text is automatically displayed on the screen.
- Proceed with corrections if necessary.
- Click on Send.
The "Ok Google" method
In addition to sending SMS, this feature will allow you to perform various tasks thanks to your voice (writing an email, performing an internet search, knowing the weather, etc.).
- On the home screen of your Trekker-X3 you can see a micro icon to the right of the Google search bar. Press and say "send SMS to (*The name of your contact*)".
- If you do it for the first time, Google will have to access the contacts saved in your device. Click on "Yes, I accept" to take advantage of this functionality.
- Dict your SMS separately By taking care to make short stops between each word.
- Android's voice recognition system automatically creates an SMS.
- You just have to click on " Send ».
