In addition to embodying the durability of our products,this warranty makes a real difference in the mobile phone market, where the legal warranty period for smartphones remains at two years.
This warranty will be retroactive on Generation 5 products, including those available prior to the launch of this warranty, such as the CORE-M5 and ACTION-X5.
Replacing your battery
Always striving toextend the life ofour products and thus avoid unnecessary purchases,we are committed to replacing any defective batteries,aswellas those that have lost too much charge or autonomy. Because no matter how robust your battery is, its performance can deteriorate over the years due to intensive use or simply chemical aging over time.
But don't panic! Our unique 5-year warranty coversthe cost of replacement when the following conditions are met:
- Capacity less than or equal to 70%: the battery has lost some of its original capacity and therefore no longer offers the same battery life.
- Number of complete charge cycles less than or equal to 850: if you have not reached this number of charge cycles, the battery will be replaced.
