CROSSCALL adheres to the principles of responsible vulnerability disclosure and encourages you to report any security vulnerabilities you have found in good faith via the reporting form.
CROSSCALL Commitments
Responsible disclosure of security flaws helps ensure customer safety.
CROSSCALL carefully reviews each submitted form and commits to addressing potential security flaws as quickly as possible.
- Carefully review each form and inform you of its receipt within 7 calendar days;
- Work with the reporter to understand the vulnerability;
- Implement the necessary actions to quickly resolve the potential vulnerability;
- Distribute patches to consumers as quickly as possible depending on the vulnerability addressed. This information will be shared with you during our communications;
- Publish the vulnerabilities that have been addressed.
Reporter Commitments
- Comply with all applicable laws in your cybersecurity research activities;
- Use the form to report potential vulnerabilities as thoroughly as possible and provide enough information so that CROSSCALL can reproduce and quickly resolve the vulnerability;
- Upon discovering a vulnerability, please maintain confidentiality about the security flaw during the process of releasing the patch for our equipment, especially to avoid any personal data breaches, disruption of internal or external servers, and destruction of data or physical property;
- Do not use vulnerabilities for commercial or professional purposes and, in general, do not exploit the discovered vulnerability.
It is reminded that discovering a vulnerability does not grant any intellectual property rights or claims over CROSSCALL’s software or products.
