Within the France Sales team, you support the Key Accounts team in their daily tasks and business development.
You will assist and support the Sales team on Operator, Retail, B2B accounts as well as incoming requests on crosscall.com.
Main missions:
Support the KAM (50%):
- Sales management: sell in / sell out
- Monitoring of listings
- Validation of product pages + brand store
- Development of visibility on various marketplaces
- Provide recommendations on sales operations
- Competitive intelligence
Ensure activity follow-up (25%):
- Monitoring Catalogs / Operations - monthly
- Listing follow-up - monthly
- Monitoring PVMC websites - weekly
- Competitive intelligence
Be the sales interface for prospects and clients (25%):
- Contact initiation
- Qualification
- Routing
- Follow-up
- Product loans (B2B)
- Monthly activity reporting (conversion)
- Liaise with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
