In the context of creating a new factory and a testing laboratory for mobile phones, he/she ensures the documentary and digital formalization of infrastructures, workflows, and methods, guaranteeing the consistency and traceability of technical information.
Main missions:
1. Structuring and managing technical data
- Design and maintain product and process databases (bills of materials, production ranges, technical sheets, assembly diagrams).
- Define uniform coding for electronic, mechanical, and software components.
- Create the common technical reference for the factory and laboratory, ensuring tool compatibility.
- Ensure the link between design data and manufacturing data.
- Oversee the update of multi-level bills of materials during product changes.
2. Quality system formalization
- Participate in modeling the design and production quality system, mostly executed through subcontracting
- Work with department heads to define processes and key indicators
- Create reference documents for the quality system under your management
3. Document management, traceability, and compliance
- Implement the document management system (DMS) to centralize and archive technical data.
- Define version control and archiving rules.
- Ensure compliance with current or future standards.
- Create a clear and scalable digital filing plan.
- Prepare for quality and technical audits.
4. Cross-functional coordination and team support
- Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure data consistency.
- Train and support users in proper technical data management.
- Create monitoring dashboards and indicators.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies and duplicates in databases.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and process digitalization.
Profile sought:
Education:
o Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, data engineering, or industrial IT, or equivalent proven experience in technical data management and ISO-9001 leadership
Experience:
o Minimum 5 years in a tech industry (e.g., automotive, telephony, electronics).
Skills:
o Proficiency in software tools.

Languages:
o English minimum level C1
