Skills, training, and career development

In line with our commitment todeveloping our employees' skills, this year we continued to roll out training plans, offer coaching sessions, and promote internal advancement:

• 56 employees have completedat least one training course

• 38managers were supportedthrough the implementation of a program combining group training, individual coaching, and workshops.

• 65% of managers arepromoted fromwithin the company

Unite teams around CSR themes

Aprogram of CSR events and awareness-raising activitiesis rolled out throughout the year for employees.

One of the highlights of this program isan annual internal awareness weekthat mobilizes all employees around our five CSR pillars through concrete communication and engagement initiatives.

The 2024 edition of "Crosscall in Action" week featured aconference on Life Cycle Assessments, acollection of electronic devices(200 kg recovered), andClimate Frescoes in France and Hong Kong to promote a better understanding of climate issues.
