Before the adoption of smartphones Crosscall, High Security had to equip its isolated workers with several safety equipment, including a distress button and a verticality test to locate them in the event of a problem. However, this equipment was often bulky, unreliable and did not always meet the legal requirements of the security sector. In addition, the need to maintain a quality policy required advanced technological solutions capable of guaranteeing employee safety while offering immediate technical support. The challenge therefore resided in the search for reliable, ergonomic and sustainable products, while respecting the strict regulations of the security sector.
