As part of the project to establish a new factory and a mobile phone testing laboratory, he or she is responsible for documenting and digitizing the infrastructure, workflows, and procedures, ensuring the consistency and traceability of technical information.
Main responsibilities:
1. Structuring and managing technical data
- Design and maintain product and process databases (bill of materials, work instructions, technical data sheets, assembly drawings).
- Define a standardized coding system for electronic, mechanical, and software components.
- Create a common technical reference system for the factory and the laboratory, ensuring compatibility between tools.
- Ensure the link between design data and manufacturing data.
- Oversee the updating of multi-level bills of materials during product modifications.
2. Formalization of the quality system
- Participate in the design of the quality system for design and production, the execution of which is primarily outsourced
- Work with department heads to define processes and key performance indicators
- Create reference documents for the quality system under your supervision
3. Document management, traceability, and compliance
- Implement the document management system (DMS) to centralize and archive technical data.
- Define version control and archiving rules.
- Ensure compliance with current and future standards.
- Create a clear and scalable digital classification plan.
- Prepare for quality and technical audits.
4. Cross-functional coordination and team support
- Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure data consistency.
- Train and support users in the proper management of technical data.
- Create monitoring dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and correct inconsistencies and duplicates in databases.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and the digitization of processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics, mechatronics, data engineering, or industrial computing; or equivalent proven experience in technical data management and ISO 9001 compliance
Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in a technology-related industry (e.g., automotive, telecommunications, electronics).
Expertise:
o Proficiency in software.

o Attention to detail, logical thinking, analytical skills, cross-functional communication, curiosity, and independence.
Languages:
o English: minimum C1 level
