I understand Crosscall's service policy, which includes in particular:
– Transportation charges will be covered (round trip) as long as everything complies with the warranty conditions
– Transportation costs (round trip) will not be covered when the product is out of warranty

Please attach the purchase invoice at the bottom of the form for any service request.
