Skills, training, and career development
Continuing our commitment to developing the skills of our employees, this year we have continued to roll out training plans, offer coaching sessions, and promote internally:
• 56 employees have completed at least one training
• 38 managers were supported through the implementation of a program combining group training, individual coaching, and workshops
• 65% of managers come from internal promotion

Unite teams around CSR topics
A CSR awareness and engagement program is deployed throughout the year for employees.
One of the highlights of this program is an annual internal awareness week that involves all employees around our five CSR pillars, through concrete communication and engagement actions.
The 2024 edition of the "Crosscall in action" week notably offered a conference on Life Cycle Analyses, a collection of electronic items (200 kg collected), as well as Climate Frescoes in France and Hong Kong, to better understand climate issues.
