Making progress in responsible purchasing
This year, Crosscall has revised its Supplier CSR Charter to strengthen and/or provide more details regarding our expectations on several topics related to business ethics, working conditions, environmental commitments, and compliance with the Battery Regulation, for example.
We have continued our audit program of our key suppliers and strengthened cooperation with our suppliers concerning certain critical components such as the battery.
Finally, we have established quarterly CSR meetings with our main industrial partner on topics such as eco-design and CSR regulatory monitoring.
Promote more responsible behavior among our customers
In accordance with our commitments outlined in the Responsible Communication and Marketing Charter, several campaigns aimed at encouraging more sustainable consumption habits have been conducted, such as a campaign to promote our range of refurbished products.
