In 2025, Crosscall successfully maintained certification by independent body Service France Garantifor its 2 services: After-Sales Service and Reconditioning Service. This certification guarantees the 2 cumulative criteria:
- 90% of the workforce in numbers, in direct contact with the customer is subject to a French employment contract. This criterion applies to each component of the service.
- 90% of the workforce in numbers contributing to the realization of the essential characteristics of the service is subject to a French employment contract.
