Skills, training, and career development
In line with our commitment to developing our employees' skills, we continued to roll out training plans, provide coaching sessions, and promote internal advancement:
- 56 employees attended at least one training course during the year
- 38 managers have been coached as part of of a program combining group training, individual coaching and workshops
- 65% of the managers in place at the end of fiscal year 2025 were promoted from within.
Unite teams around CSR topics
Throughout the year, a program of CSR awareness-raising activities is organized for all employees.
One of the program's highlights is the annual internal awareness week, which unites all employees around our five CSR pillars through concrete actions and information sharing activities.
The 2024 edition of the "Crosscall in action" week included a conference on
Life Cycle Assessments, an internal campaign to collect electronic objects (200 kg recovered), and Climate Frescoes, in France and Hong Kong, to better understand climate issues.
