We carry out more than 80 tests there to put our mobile phones through their paces, ensuring they comply with regulations as well as our own standards, which go well beyond the norm.
At the same time, since our inception, we have been creating our products with the help of users.We work closely with a panel of 4,587 French people with a variety of profiles:our "community of innovators." Surveys conducted prior to design, followed by their feedback on our prototypes, enable us torespond accurately and realistically to multiple uses.
