The CROSSCALL UP program (hereinafter the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by CROSSCALL Simplified Joint Stock Company with capital of 450,555 euros, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 518 706 890 - Head office: 245 rue Paul Langevin– ZONE D’ACTIVITES DES MILLES – 13290 AIX EN PROVENCE France allowing its members to accumulate points and benefit from advantages under the conditions defined below.
The CROSSCALL UP Program complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) applicable to CROSSCALL products.
In case of conflict between these Program Conditions and the GTC, the GTC will prevail for all provisions related to purchase transactions (including price, payment, delivery, returns, and warranties).
These Conditions exclusively govern the terms of membership, operation, and use of the loyalty Program.
By participating in the CROSSCALL UP Program you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted the these Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the GTC.
“Program”: the CROSSCALL UP loyalty program
“Account”: active CROSSCALL customer account;
“Member”: any person registered in the Program;
“Points”: loyalty units awarded within the Program;
“Rewards”: benefits obtained in exchange for Points.
“Program Conditions” ; refers to these general terms and conditions of the loyalty program Crosscall Up, updates, changes as published on the website of Crosscall.
Membership in the Program is free and reserved for adults with an active Account and residing in France. CROSSCALL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration in case of fraudulent or abusive use.
To join the Program you can register in optant for membership at the time of purchase or via the “My Account” page.
The following information is required to register; last name - first name - address email – birthday date (foptional)
The Program allows:
- to accumulate Points through purchases and certain actions;
- to exchange these Points for Rewards.
Points tracking is done via the Account.
Points are awarded as follows:
A. Purchases:
- START Level: €1 = 1 Point;
- BOOST Level: €1 = 1.25 Points;
- MAX Level: €1 = 1.5 Points.
B. Actions:
- registration in the Program (25 Points),
- birthday – if date of birth completed (25 to 75 Points depending on status),
- review submission (15 Points),
- adding a photo to your product review (5 Points),
- adding a video to your review (10 Points),
- tracking of Crosscall on Instagram (5 Points),
- registration newsletter (20 Points).
CROSSCALL reserves the right to modify these terms.
Points can be exchanged for:
- discount coupons (non-cumulative, valid for 3 months, applicable from €49 purchase)
- of selected products or accessories.
Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.
7. Loyalty levels
The Program includes three levels:
- START;
- BOOST (from €500 spent) ;
- MAX (from €1,000 spent).
Benefits vary depending on the level.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are awarded. After that, they expire automatically.
In case of product return or order cancellation, the corresponding Points will be deducted.
Any fraudulent behavior will result in suspension or termination of the Account and cancellation of Points.
One Member can refer a third party.
The referral receives a €15 discount immediate valid from €149 purchase;
The referrer receives 250 points after the referral’s order is validated.
CROSSCALL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or delete the Program at any time, subject to prior notice.
CROSSCALL cannot be held responsible for Program malfunctions related notably to third-party systems such as the platform Yotpo.
As part of the Program, CROSSCALL collects and processes personal data related to Members to manage their participation, allocate Points, offer Rewards, and analyze Program usage.
These processes are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection, notably Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. In this case, transfers are governed in accordance with applicable legal requirements (notably the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or adherence to the Data Privacy Framework when applicable).

These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
