My orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from your customer account.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify it. However, if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to send it back to us.
If you still haven't received your package after 2 business days and you haven't been notified by text message or email, remember to check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping email or from your customer account, depending on the delivery method you chose.
You can retrieve your invoice directly from your customer account in your order history. An email containing the invoice is also sent to you after each purchase.
Payment
We accept several payment methods. You can pay for your order by credit card ( VISA, Mastercard, and CB), via Apple Pay, or PayPal ( cash payment or split into 4 installments at no extra cost).
We also offer payment solutions in several installments (3x, 4x, 10x) or deferred (30 days) through our financing partner FLOA.
For our Belgian customers, Bancontact is now available.

Yes, all payments on our site are completely secure. Your transactions are processed by reliable and recognized payment providers (PayPlug, Shopify Payments, and FLOA).
PayPlug, a French payment solution and subsidiary of the BPCE banking group, as well as Shopify Payments, use advanced security protocols, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and banking information throughout the payment process.
At no time are your banking details stored on our site.
Remember to check the expiration date of your discount code. Also, be sure to enter your code without any spaces. If your code works, a message will appear indicating that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several codes, only one of them can be used for your order.
If you are having trouble paying for your order, here are a few steps to follow:
- Please verify that your payment information has been entered correctly.
- Ensure that your card or payment method is valid and that there are no restrictions on your bank account.
- Try refreshing the page or using a different payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
If the problem persists, please contact our customer service department using our contact form.
The amount of your order will be debited immediately after payment confirmation, unless you have chosen to pay by bank transfer. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as payment is received in our account. Processing time will depend on your bank's transfer speed, generally between 1 and 3 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once payment has been made and your order has been confirmed.
Pay in installments & Paylater
Payment in 3 or 4 installments with FLOA allows you to spread the cost of your order over several months at no extra charge.
When paying, select FLOA as your payment method and then choose the option you want: 3x or 4x. After entering your personal and banking information, you will receive an immediate response.
Payment in 3 installments:
- First payment due on the day of purchase,
- Then two payments due over the following two months.
Payment in 4 installments:
- First payment due on the day of purchase,
- Then 3 payments over the following 3 months.
The details of your schedule remain visible at every stage of the process.
*Subject to acceptance by Floa. You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract.
When paying, select FLOA as your financing method, then choose the 10x option.
For your information, your payment schedule will remain visible at each stage of the process, showing a fixed APR of 11% applied to this payment method.
Once you have entered your bank details on the FLOA platform, complete your information (identity, income, expenses, documents), then sign the contract electronically. Without this step, the financing application will not be validated and, as a result, neither will your purchase.
The response to your application will be sent to you immediately and directly online.
Please note that a valid ID is required to benefit from this solution .
Payment in 10 installments:
- A deposit taken on the day of purchase,
- Then 9 installments over the following 9 months.
*A loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing yourself.
Pay Later* is a deferred payment solution that allows you to confirm and receive your order and then pay for your purchase later, without immediate payment.
Thanks to our partner FLOA, you can be charged up to 30 days after placing your order.
When placing your order, select FLOA as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the payment platform where
you can select deferred payment and choose your preferred payment date within the next 30 days. Enter your personal information and bank details to complete your payment.

My account
To access your account, simply enter your email address on the login page. You will receive a unique login code by email within a few minutes. Simply enter this code to access your customer area and manage your personal information, track your orders, and take advantage of our offers.
In accordance with Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the personal data requested from you is necessary for processing your order and, in particular, for issuing invoices. The processing of information communicated via the website is subject to a declaration to the CNIL.
In accordance with current national and European regulations, you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and oppose any information concerning you at any time.
Delivery
Delivery times are 72 business hours from confirmation of your order. These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only, and any reasonable delay shall not give rise to any damages, withholding, or cancellation of the order.
Delivery method in mainland France: Colissimo home delivery or pickup points.
Delivery method Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany: UPS home delivery.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen:
- At a pickup point:€8.87 including tax
- Home delivery:€9.49 including tax
Free shipping on orders over €149.
Yes, we offer international shipping to countries available on the dedicated selector. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated when you place your order based on your delivery address. If you have specific questions about shipping to a particular country, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We invite you to contact customer service before returning the product so that they can provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the product must not be damaged.

Returns and refunds
If you wish to return a product, please send the item back to us at the following address:

The return must be made without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of notification of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you return the product to us before the end of this 14-day period.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned product must be complete, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, certificates, and documents (including the invoice).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the weight of the package.
In the event of cancellation, CROSSCALL to refund all payments received, including shipping costs (except for additional costs associated with choosing a shipping method more expensive than the standard shipping offered), within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product(s) or proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.
If you return only part of the products, the delivery costs will be refunded in proportion to the items returned, except in the case of flat-rate delivery costs, which will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method of refund. This refund will not incur any costs for you.
Partner discounts
If you have a professional email address containing "gouv," you can benefit from a 20% discount on the crosscall.com website.
Simply use this email address when placing your order or creating your account so that your eligibility is automatically recognized.
Your discount cannot be combined with current promotions:
- If the discount displayed on the website is greater than 20%, no additional discount will be applied.
- If it is less than 20%, your 20% discount will be applied.
The UNÉO partner offer is reserved for military personnel affiliated with the UNÉO mutual insurance company.
To qualify, you must:

My warranty
Crosscall phones are guaranteed for between 36 and 60 months, depending on the model.
Refurbished models and accessories sold separately from phones are covered by a warranty of between 12 and 24 months, depending on the model.

My product
Crosscall phones are not compatible with all countries worldwide, as mobile network frequencies vary from one country to another. We invite you to check the compatibility of our models with the networks in the country where you wish to use them.
Crosscall phones are compatible with carriers that offer the same frequency bands as those listed in the product specifications (go to the Crosscall website, select the product in question, view the specifications, and you will find the frequencies supported by the phone in the Network & Connectivity section).
The X-BLOCKER accessory X-BLOCKER designed specifically for each of our Crosscall models—whether smartphone or tablet—which is why it’s included right in your package. If you lose it or need an extra one, you can order it directly from crosscall.com.
The X-STICK remote control X-STICK waterproof. It allows you to take photos and videos from a distance, with a range of 40 meters in open space.
Go to the applications page and find the "Update" application.
Launch the application, then tap "Check for Updates" and follow the steps to download and install.
If no updates are available, the phone will tell you that your device is up to date.

Known issues following the Android 13 update on the Crosscall CORE-X5
Reinstalling WhatsApp after backing up data
Since the Android 13 update, some users have been experiencing issues sending or downloading media files on WhatsApp. This is related to a change in the app's media storage structure.
- Start by backing up your data via the WhatsApp application on your PC (you can also manually save your photos/videos).
- Go to:Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Uninstallto remove the app.
- Open the Google Play Store and download the latest version of WhatsApp.
- Install the application and then restore your data from the backup.
⚠️If you do not have a Google account with backup enabled, automatic restoration will not be possible. In this case, connect the phone to a PC and manually copy the WhatsApp MEDIA folders.
Disabling the "Hey Google" option
Since the update, some of you have been experiencing a microphone issue related to the Google Assistant feature.
- OpenSettings

- Click on theAll Services tile
- SelectSearch, Assistant, and Voice
- PressGoogle Assistant
- Click onVoice Match
- Ensure that the"Hey Google"option is turned off.
Battery Level Update During Charging via X-Link
Since the Android 13 update on CORE-X5 models, the battery percentage may no longer update automatically while charging via X-Link.
- To update the battery percentage, restart your device while it is connected to the X-Link charging stand.
