Validation Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Validation Manager, you join the validation team and work closely with technical project managers to ensure product compliance with Crosscall specifications as well as the technical requirements of our clients, both in France and internationally.

Main missions:

- As part of product launches, you execute test plans and collaborate closely with R&D centers based in Asia to identify, qualify anomalies, and verify fixes, according to the schedule defined by the technical product managers.

- You contribute to the continuous improvement of products throughout their lifecycle, in partnership with after-sales service, the B2B management, and all relevant departments.

- You provide regular reporting to the technical product manager on the progress of your testing and validation activities.

- You ensure traceability and test coverage according to technical specifications, using our internal project management and ticketing tool.

Profile sought:

Technical skills:

- Good knowledge and strong interest in telecommunication standards, mobile phone technologies, the Android ecosystem, and connected devices,
- Good understanding of test plans, their execution, and bug reporting,
- Execution of regression tests, simple exploratory tests,
- Good knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira/Redmine,
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and French.

Travel within France and internationally as needed.
