Before adopting Crosscall smartphones, High Security had to equip its isolated workers with several safety devices, including a distress button and a verticality test to locate them in case of trouble. However, these devices were often bulky, unreliable, and did not always meet the legal requirements of the security sector. Moreover, the need to maintain a quality policy required advanced technological solutions capable of ensuring employee safety while providing immediate technical support. The challenge was therefore to find reliable, ergonomic, and durable products while complying with the strict regulations of the security sector.
