CROSSCALL is a story of 100% French entrepreneurship born in 2009. Its founder, Cyril Vidal, drew inspiration from his personal experience and professional background to understand usage needs before addressing them by designing innovative products. In 2020, we launched the X-LAB there with support from the government through the France Relance Plan. At the same time, the product creation process has, since the beginning, been carried out with the help of users. We work closely with a panel of 4,587 French people with diverse profiles: our “community of innovators.” Preliminary surveys before design, followed by their feedback on our prototypes, allow us to respond precisely and realistically to multiple uses.
