The menus are a little hard to get to grips with. You can't increase the font size. Importing contacts from another crosscall is complicated.

Simple and efficient phone, I'm very satisfied. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the messaging storage limited to 200 SMS.

T9 (automatic correction when writing with the keys) cannot be deactivated !!!!! unacceptable in 2025. x-link cable not supplied, nor offered as an option during the sales process. The only real added value of Crosscall products compared with other brands of rugged phones is simply not supplied or offered. Crosscall cannot differentiate itself from other brands with such a mediocre marketing strategy. The quality/price ratio compared to the competition becomes negative without this simple cable. I'm very disappointed with this generation of Crosscall products. I've had several from generation 4, but I won't be buying any more from this generation. I doubt I'll buy the next generation.

A little disappointed compared to my core S4 which was my best phone and which bugged from one day to the next. But I'm still glad that Cross Call hasn't stopped making real phones. The pluses: -5-year warranty -size -sound when hands-free -call recorder option -correct reception -alarm clock that rings even when phone is off -powerful light -base charging system top-notch. The minuses: -processor too small, impossible to play mp3 files too long without bug from the sd card -no wifi, impossible to use the volte for calls in areas of poor coverage -battery a little short for long calls -vocal too short by sms -impossible to transfer data through the x-dock -no radio Here's hoping it will be useful. It's still a good phone for calls and sms. wifi for flying home would have been a huge plus, the 16-gig sd card is a bit tight, but the real problem is that it's impossible to put in an mp3 of 1h30 quality and play it, or even to advance and play an amr audio file of mediocre quality. in any case, thanks for making one, even if the core S4 was much better.

Much less ergonomic than the spider X1, I'm having trouble finding the basic functions, picks up very poorly in the same places as the previous model, heavier, discharges faster, in short: poor.
