By submitting the form, you agree to the customer service terms and conditions of sale.

If my return request is approved by customer service, I will return the product as follows:
– in good condition and with a fully charged battery

I have understood Crosscall’s customer service policy, which includes the following points:
– shipping costs are borne by the customer.
– shipping costs for product returns are borne by the customer in case of warranty exclusion or if there is no defect covered by Crosscall’s warranty.
