Reporting to the Validation Manager, you join the validation team and work closely with technical project managers to ensure product compliance with Crosscall specifications as well as the technical requirements of our clients, both in France and internationally.
Main missions:
- As part of product launches, you execute test plans and collaborate closely with R&D centers based in Asia to identify, qualify anomalies, and verify fixes, according to the schedule defined by the technical product managers.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of products throughout their lifecycle, in partnership with after-sales service, the B2B management, and all relevant departments.
- You provide regular reporting to the technical product manager on the progress of your testing and validation activities.
- You ensure traceability and test coverage according to technical specifications, using our internal project management and ticketing tool.
- You participate in the development and evolution of testing tools and methodologies as well as the automation of test campaigns in collaboration with the solution provider.

Technical skills:
- Deep knowledge and strong interest in telecommunication standards, mobile phone technologies, the Android ecosystem, and connected devices.
- Proven experience in functional testing of digital devices, with a good understanding of writing test plans, executing them, and reporting bugs.
- Solid knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Jira/Redmine.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and French.
- Ability to translate client requirements/specifications into an internal test plan to be executed.
- Knowledge of Java and Python would be a plus.
