This is the starting point for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, which must increasingly guide the company's strategic orientations.

EcoVadis
EcoVadis is an independent third party that evaluates the CSR performance of more than 125,000 companies of all sizes in 175 countries according to 4 criteria: environmental, social, ethical and responsible purchasing.
The continuous improvement of our CSR approach is reflected in Crosscall's new score, which continues to improve for the fourth year running. This latest assessment places us among the top 5% of companies rated by ecovadis - all sectors combined - and rewards us with a gold medal.
United Nations Global Compact
By joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2019, Crosscall has committed to respecting its Ten Principles, which cover respect for human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection and the fight against all forms of corruption .
Sustainable Development Goals
Adopted by the UN in 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals are a call to action to develop society equitably, protect the planet and improve economic prospects for everyone by 2030. Our action pillars are part of 5 of these 17 goals. Find out how we support the SDGs in our CSR Report.

Crosscall provides a reporting platform where anyone who is aware of situations or behaviors that they believe, in good faith, may constitute a violation of the Ethics Charter, the Supplier CSR Charter and/or applicable laws and regulations, can report their concerns confidentially and without risk of reprisal...
