About the reparability index

The repairability index is a score out of 10 designed to inform consumers about a product's ability to be repaired - and therefore the possibility of extending its lifespan.

The calculation criteria have been defined by the French Ministry of Ecological Transition as part of Article 16 of the French Anti-Waste and Circular Economy Act. The elements taken into account are as follows:

Technical documentation availability period
Easy product disassembly
Tools required for disassembly
Fastener features
Spare parts availability and prices

SMARTPHONE INDICES CROSSCALL

The products in our new CORE range have ratings demonstrating very good repairability. In fact, since the TREKKER-X4 in 2018, CROSSCALL has been working to simplify the disassembly of its devices, in particular by reducing the use of glue in favor of fasteners using webs or screws.
