Prior to the adoption of Crosscall smartphones, High Security had to equip its lone workers with a range of safety equipment, including a distress button and a verticality test to locate them in the event of a problem. However, this equipment was often cumbersome, unreliable and did not always meet the legal requirements of the security sector. In addition, the need to maintain a policy of quality demanded cutting-edge technological solutions capable of guaranteeing employee safety while offering immediate technical support. The challenge was therefore to find products that were reliable, ergonomic and durable, while complying with the strict regulations of the safety sector.
