If you are traveling and want to connect to the Internet to check your emails or access your documents, your smartphone can share its Internet connection with another device, such as a computer. To take advantage of this feature, you must have a suitable data plan and 3G/4G Internet access. Activating sharing is very simple.
WIFI / BLUETOOTH
1. Go to "Settings" on your phone from the main menu.
2. Select the "Wireless and Networks" category.
3. Open the "More" tab, then select "Internet Sharing."
4. When using it for the first time, go to "Wi-Fi Access Point Settings":
– Customize the name and password of your access point
– Return to the "Internet Sharing" menu
– Check the box next to "Wi-Fi Access Point" or "Bluetooth" depending on your preference.
USB
1. Connect your two devices using the USB OTG port.
2. Go to your smartphone's "Settings" via the main menu.
3. Select the "More" tab in the "Wireless & Networks" category
4. Open the "Internet Sharing" tab
5. Enable the "Via USB" feature
