THE CHALLENGE
As Information Systems Services and Support Manager, what was your role in the Crosscall tender?
As I'm responsible for monitoring and maintaining everything to do with workstations, I was in charge of listing, consulting and tendering Crosscall products.
What was the initial project?
In the context of the Feu vert centers' diagnostics activity, the aim was to speed up the dissemination of information and ensure better follow-up for our customers and staff. We wanted customers to be able to find out more quickly about any safety defects on their vehicles, so that they could make the right decisions and benefit immediately from the best possible service.
