Developing our R&D activities locally

Founded and based in Aix-en-Provence, Crosscallcontinues to develop its R&D expertise in France.

Thanks to X-LAB, our in-house laboratory, we have been internalizingnumerous tests designed to validate product quality since 2020. In 2023, we created Crosscall Engineering withthe aim of internalizing the design and control of the development processfor our products and solutions.

In addition,we prioritize and strengthen local partnerships, such as our long-standing collaboration with Cordon Electronics, a French company specializing in the repair and reconditioning of electronic products.

Our efforts to internalize development, coupled with a solid partnership with a trusted French player, have resulted inthe local assembly of several accessoriessince 2023, includingtwo that are entirely designed and assembled in France.

Finally, we are involved in our local communities throughcharitable activities, sponsorship, and patronagethat reflect our values.

A new accessory assembled in France

Following the X-BLOCKER the X-SCAN, a new product is joining the lineup of accessories assembled in France this year. The X-COMMAND, a Bluetooth and wired remote control, wasdesigned entirely by Crosscall Engineering and assembled in Franceby our partner Cordon Electronics.

This discreet device allows you to remotely control actions on your smartphone and any compatible equipment or applications, while offeringthe robustness and durability characteristic of the brand.

Certification Service France Guaranteed

In 2025, Crosscall successfully maintainedits certification from the independent organization Service France Garanti for its two services: After-Sales Service and Refurbishment Service. This certification guarantees two cumulative criteria:

90% of the workforcein direct contact with customersis subject to an employment contract under French law. This criterion applies to every component of the service.
90% of the workforceinvolved in delivering the essential characteristics of the serviceis subject to an employment contract under French law.
