THE CHALLENGE

You're an IT coordinator, what's your job?
I'm in charge of mobility and the mobile fleet at Carglass. We currently have over 450 sales outlets throughout France.

How is your cell phone fleet organized?
We have between 2,500 and 3,000 phones, divided between the technicians and administrative staff in the Carglass fleet. This difference is due to the wave of seasonal workers who arrive during the summer and winter months. We equip them too, so we can go up to 3,000 mobiles depending on the period.

What was your problem?
Before we started working with Crosscall, our old smartphones were reaching the end of their useful lives, and we had to renew our fleet. We were looking for a new mobile fleet, and above all we wanted to acquire a smartphone that could optimize all our applications. It's a fact, we have a lot of them. We also wanted a solution with a good battery and satisfactory ergonomics.
