On the strength of this positioning, Crosscall has pursued this long-term project and has now reached a new milestone: the company has just obtained Service France Garanti certification for its SAV and Reconditioned services, which covers the repair or reconditioning of its products. An achievement that rewards years of good practice, an absolute determination toextend the useful life of its products and give them a second life, and the building of a relationship of trust with its customers.
So, what is Service France Garanti? It's a certificate of conformity, guaranteeing that the company meets the following two cumulative criteria:
- 90% of the workforce involved in after-sales service and reconditioning is subject to a French employment contract.
- 90% of the workforce in direct contact with the customer is subject to a French-law employment contract.

What does this mean in concrete terms? First and foremost, it means thatthe devices can be moved more quickly between the customer and the company, given their proximity to the area. What's more, they benefit from "French-style" expertise when they are taken in hand.
What's more, the customer has an efficient, responsive contact person who speaks his or her language, enabling them to maintain a relationship of trust throughout their exchanges.
