Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from your customer account.
Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately not possible to modify it. However, if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to send it back to us.
If you still haven't received your package after 2 business days and you haven't been notified by text message or email, remember to check the status of your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping email or from your customer account, depending on the delivery method you chose.
You can retrieve your invoice directly from your customer account in your order history. An email containing the invoice is also sent to you after each purchase.
We accept several payment methods. You can pay for your order by credit card ( VISA, Mastercard, and CB), via Apple Pay, or PayPal ( cash payment or split into 4 installments at no extra cost).
We also offer payment solutions in several installments (3x, 4x, 10x) or deferred (30 days) through our financing partner FLOA.

Yes, all payments on our site are completely secure. Your transactions are processed by reliable and recognized payment providers (PayPlug, Shopify Payments, and FLOA).
PayPlug, a French payment solution and subsidiary of the BPCE banking group, as well as Shopify Payments, use advanced security protocols, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and banking information throughout the payment process.
At no time are your banking details stored on our site.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments with FLOA allows you to spread the cost of your order over several months at no extra charge.
When paying, select FLOA as your payment method and then choose the option you want: 3x or 4x. After entering your personal and banking information, you will receive an immediate response.

- Then two payments due over the following two months.

you can select deferred payment and choose your preferred payment date within the next 30 days. Enter your personal information and bank details to complete your payment.

Remember to check the expiration date of your discount code. Also, be sure to enter your code without any spaces. If your code works, a message will appear indicating that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several codes, only one of them can be used for your order.

The return must be made without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of notification of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you return the product to us before the end of this 14-day period.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned product must be complete, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, certificates, and documents (including the invoice).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the weight of the package.
In the event of withdrawal, CROSSCALL undertakes to refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs associated with choosing a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery offered), within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product(s) or proof of shipment of the products, whichever comes first.
If you return only part of the products, the delivery costs will be refunded in proportion to the items returned, except in the case of flat-rate delivery costs, which will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another method of refund. This refund will not incur any costs for you.

The X-STICK remote control is not waterproof. It allows you to take photos and videos remotely, with a range of 40m in open space.

Reinstalling WhatsApp after backing up data
Since the Android 13 update, some users have been experiencing issues sending or downloading media files on WhatsApp. This is related to a change in the app's media storage structure.
⚠️If you do not have a Google account with backup enabled, automatic restoration will not be possible. In this case, connect the phone to a PC and manually copy the WhatsApp MEDIA folders.
