They enable the Product team to engage with innovators to learn about their needs and ideas, which can then be leveraged in future CROSSCALL products and applications.
BY PARTICIPATING IN WORKSHOPS
A workshop is a collaborative session in which CROSSCALL innovators and employees engage in free discussion in a relaxed setting around a specific theme.
FIELD TESTING
When a product is in development, innovators have the opportunity to test it in advance under real-world conditions in order to assess its future usability.
Our Innovators don't let anything slip by! Their high standards are a real strength for us. By testing our smartphones in their everyday lives and in sometimes extreme conditions, they help us identify even the smallest weaknesses. We discuss, we dig deeper, we understand how and why a limitation has arisen. This dialogue allows us to develop our products so that they are ever more robust, more reliable, and better suited to real-world use.
