Main responsibilities:
- Implement the sales strategy within your area of responsibility, taking into account revenue targets and associated investments
- Build a network across your region by prospecting and developing a client portfolio for direct outreach: SMBs, local governments, and fire departments, leveraging local operator or integrator partners
- Promote a 360° (multi-use) solution approach by vertical market, such as defense security and traceability, highlighting TCO and CSR
- Provide weekly activity reports for your area and analyze them
- Engage in lobbying and competitive intelligence activities with partners, decision-makers, and influencers in targeted markets
Qualifications:
- Ability to implement a sales strategy and drive performance (revenue, ROI, investments)
- Ability to conduct structured prospecting and develop B2B and public sector client portfolios
- Expertise in selling complex, multi-purpose solutions with high added value
- Ability to formulate a value proposition that incorporates TCO and CSR concepts
- Expertise in coordinating and managing a partner ecosystem
- Ability to analyze sales performance using key performance indicators and reporting tools
- Ability to monitor market, competitive, and institutional trends and engage in influential lobbying
- An interest in new technologies is a plus
