The Industrial Coordinator is responsible for implementing, supervising, and coordinating all production-related activities at the site in the Middle East.
He/she ensures compliance with the assembly, testing, and quality control processes for CROSSCALL products CROSSCALL from the group’s sites in France and internationally.
He/she serves as the operational liaison between local teams, group experts, and industrial partners to ensure production performance, quality, and traceability.
Main responsibilities:
1. Coordination of Industrial Transfers
- Participate in the planning and execution of transfers of assembly and test lines from existing sites.
- Oversee the installation, qualification, and commissioning of industrial equipment.
- Verify the compliance of local infrastructure (power supply, environment, safety, tools).
- Ensure that technical and production documentation is kept up to date.
2. Production Operations Management
- Coordinate daily activities in the areas of assembly, testing, and quality control.
- Plan and monitor production against volume, deadline, and quality targets.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure the traceability of components, batches, and test results.
3. Standardization and Documentation of Processes
- Draft and update manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality control checklists.
- Train operators and technicians on the group’s manufacturing standards.
- Ensure compliance with best practices regarding assembly, ESD protection, calibration, and safety.
4. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
- Collect, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (scrap rate, yield, cycle time).
- Implement continuous improvement plans (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
- Work closely with quality teams on managing non-conformities and feedback from the field.
- Ensure compliance with internal and local standards.
5. Technical Liaison and International Coordination
- Serve as the operational liaison between the Middle East site, R&D teams in France, and international partners.
- Participate in technical coordination meetings and project reviews.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and the sharing of experiences between sites.
- Contribute to the development of technical skills within local teams.
6. Safety, Environment, and Compliance
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Help industrial facilities comply with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in industrial production, mechanical engineering, electronics, or industrialization.
Experience:
o At least 10 years of experience in production, industrialization, or technical coordination (preferably in electronics or complex assembly).
o Experience in multicultural environments or industrial transfer is a plus.
Technical skills:
o Strong knowledge of assembly processes, electronic testing, and industrial tooling.
o Proficiency in Lean, 5S, FMEA, and Kaizen methodologies.
o Experience with production monitoring and traceability systems (MES, ERP).
o Understanding of quality standards (IP-610).
o Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical diagrams.
