As a manufacturer of products with electrical and electronic components, most of our devices’ environmental impact comes from the raw materials used to produce them.

Prolonging the life cycle of our products is therefore our top priority. To achieve this, we continuously work to improve their design and to implement new business models.

Our objective: To make our products last as long as possible.

Our actions

The Crosscall Standards: A demanding product testing protocol

To guarantee the robustness of our products - Crosscall’s fundamental promise - our dedicated teams put them through a battery of tests, which are designed to simulate real usage. These tests are all formalized in a demanding protocol: our Crosscall Standards.

Giving products a second life through refurbishing

Aware of our environmental impacts, we strive to give our smartphones a second life by refurbishing them in France.

In order to ensure a high level of quality, these devices are tested across no fewer than 35 control points, are repaired using only original spare parts, and they come with a 1-year warranty, covering waterproofing.

*Our CSR objectives are based on Crosscall’s fiscal years. The 2024 fiscal year runs from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
