Here to act ethically and responsibly

Assuming our corporate responsibility by limiting
our environmental impact, and ensuring safety and compliance with ethical rules.

BE ARESPONSIBLE

AND CORPORATE CITIZEN

It is our duty to contribute to the fight against global warming by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. Our Environmental Policy formalizes this duty through 3 commitments : to measure our impacts, to extend the lifespan of our products and to encourage more responsible behavior. Each year, we voluntarily calculate our carbon footprint for scopes 1-3 using the GHG Protocol methodology.

We are just as vigilant in ensuring the safety of our products through a series of controls from design to manufacture, and in monitoring our compliance through our dedicated regulatory watch department.

We also attach great importance to protecting the data of our employees, users and partners. This approach is governed by an Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP).

Finally, we are also committed to fighting all forms of corruption and acting in accordance with ethical principles. Our Ethics Charter and our membership of the United Nations Global Compact are proof of this.

Our actions

in fiscal year 2024*.

Measuring and reducing our emissions

Measuring our impact, in particular through our carbon footprint, enables us to identify our main sources of emissions and prioritize actions to reduce them.

Our reduction efforts are focused on optimizing the impact of our equipment through eco-design, but also on changing our internal practices.

For example, we design our trade show stands for long-term use: 95% of the components are reusable from one show to the next. This year, we also opted for a green energy contract, which now covers 75% of our French consumption.

Continuous improvement of information systems security

In line with the ongoing training of our employees in cybersecurity issues, we have perfected our training plan by launching phishing simulation campaigns for our employees, constantly adapting the content to current attack trends.

In addition, the skills of our Information Systems Security Manager have been demonstrated by his ISO 27001 certification, ensuring that our internal approach is in line with the international standard.

AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!

Our plans for fiscal year 2025* :

Define
GHG
emission reduction targets compatible with scientific recommendations

Pursue internal awareness-raising initiatives on ethics and cybersecurity

Review internal mapping of ethical risks

*Our CSR approaches are based on Crosscall's fiscal years. Example: fiscal year 2025 runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
