How do I transfer my photos/videos from my Android smartphone to my Apple computer?

1 First of all, you need to download the Android File Transfer application.

2 Connect your Android phone to your computer.

3 In the drop-down menu, click on USB connection to computer, then on Transfer files.

4 The Android File Transfer application will open automatically after a few seconds.

5 Enter the " DCIM " folder.

6 To recover your files (photos or videos) recorded via your classic camera you suffit to go to the folder " Camera ."

7 If you have a smartphone CROSSCALL TREKKER-X4smartphone, you will need to go to the " Xcamera " folder to retrieve your files (photos or videos) recorded with the X-CAM :

  • If you wish to retrieve an X-STORY > go to the X-STORY.
  • If you wish to retrieve your videos from X-STORY > Go to the video folder and select the folder corresponding to the nature of your video (Dashcam, Dynamic, Time Lapse...).
