THE CHALLENGE

What was your problem?
We equip staff working in marinas and commercial ports. Previously, we had been working with so-called "semi-rugged" smartphones, but we needed a product more suited to their uses and needs. Our operator introduced us to the Crosscall brand.


What were the criteria we used when choosing our mobiles?
Many criteria led us to choose your products. One of them was the dual SIM function. In fact, the people we've equipped always carry a business and personal line. At the ports, they also sometimes have on-call phones with unmarked numbers. This means they quickly find themselves with 3 phones in their pockets, and that's a lot!
What's more, these teams have to take part in international trade shows. They buy local SIM cards to take advantage of attractive rates. Having two SIM card slots is therefore essential to their daily routine.
