Since our beginnings almost 12 years ago, the durability of our products has been what fundamentally sets us apart from other brands. Our teams have always been driven by one concern: to design and offer our users durable mobiles, smartphones and tablets that are perfectly suited to the toughest environments.
That's why, with each new model we prepare, we take our design work one step further, notably through a series of laboratory and field tests, to ensure that we make no concessions in this area. By designing increasingly durable products over time, our aim is not only to offer our users a win-win economic model, but also to control the environmental impact of our activity.
At Crosscall, we believe that sustainability also means making a strong commitment to our customers and users. To this end, we have decided to cover all products in the CORE range, as well as future models, with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, a measure unheard of in the telephony market.

CROSSCALL NO. 1 IN REPARABILITY
In line with the Anti-Waste and Circular Economy Act, which comes into force on January 1, 2021 and concerns the reparability index, we have made it a point of honor to excel in this area. We know that reparability is a key factor in the sustainability of our terminals. With this in mind, we have put a great deal of meticulous work into the design of all the products that make up the CORE range, and we are proud to announce that all these devices have the best reparability index on the telephony market, above major competitors such as Apple or Fairphone.

What's more, we also wanted to position ourselves with our community. That's why we've committed ourselves to providing our users with a 10-year supply of spare parts for all CORE products.
In today's age of over-consumption, we believe that every one of our thoughts, decisions and actions must be based on sustainability. It's up to us to make a commitment to our users, with the promise of high-performance equipment that's reliable over time.
