Here to act ethically and responsibly

Assuming our corporate responsibility by limiting
our environmental impact, and ensuring safety and compliance with ethical rules.

BE ARESPONSIBLE

AND CORPORATE CITIZEN

It is our duty to contribute to the fight against global warming by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. Our Environmental Policy formalizes this duty through 3 commitments : to measure our impacts, to extend the lifespan of our products and to encourage more responsible behavior. We regularly calculate, on a voluntary basis, our carbon footprint for scopes 1-3 according to the GHG Protocol methodology.

We are just as vigilant in ensuring the safety of our products through a series of controls from design to manufacture, and in monitoring our compliance through our dedicated regulatory watch department.

We also attach great importance to protecting the data of our employees, users and partners. This approach is governed by an Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP).

Finally, we are also committed to fighting all forms of corruption and acting in accordance with ethical principles. Our Ethics Charter and our membership of the United Nations Global Compact are proof of this.

Our actions

in fiscal year 2025*.

Formalizing our due diligence process

Crosscall has implemented a due diligence process to identify and reduce the risks of negative impacts associated with its activities throughout its value chain. It covers key areas such as human rights, the environment, consumer protection and anti-corruption.

Inspired by the OECD Due Diligence Guide for Responsible Business Conductthis process applies to all our activities and is based on the following steps:

- impact risk assessment

- preventive and corrective measures

- monitoring the effectiveness of measures

- transparency on actions and results

Building our climate trajectory

This year, we began developing our climate strategy using the ACT Step by Step method. Several stages were completed:

- Assessment of our low-carbon transition maturity

- Identifying climate risks and opportunities

- Search for a business model compatible with a low-carbon world.

This approach has strengthened Crosscall's current commitments, such as eco-design and the development of refurbished products, while opening up new avenues, such as the exploration of low-carbon services and products.

An operational action plan is currently being drawn up to translate this strategy into a climate trajectory in line with the Paris Agreements.

AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!

Our plans for fiscal 2026* :

Define greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for scopes 1, 2 and 3

Update internal ethics training courses

*Our CSR approaches are based on Crosscall's fiscal years. Example: fiscal year 2025 runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
