Collectively
Developing a more sustainable telephony industry is an ambitious goal that requires a collective commitment. We want our entire ecosystem to move in this direction, transforming our production and consumption practices:
- our suppliers, by framing our relationships through charters and policies, regularly monitoring compliance with their commitments and striving for a spirit of partnership driven by shared values.
- our customers, not only by promoting more sustainable solutions, but also by raising awareness of the need to consume differently, more responsibly.

Making progress in responsible purchasing
This year, Crosscall revised its Supplier CSR Charter, to reinforce and/or clarify our expectations on a number of issues linked to business ethics, working conditions, environmental commitments and compliance with the Battery Regulation, for example.
We continued our program of audits of key suppliers, and strengthened cooperation with our suppliers on critical components such as batteries,
Finally, we have set up quarterly CSR meetings with our main industrial partner on subjects such as eco-design and CSR regulatory monitoring.

Promoting more responsible behavior among our customers
In line with our commitments set out in the Responsible Marketing and Communications Charter, we have run several campaigns to encourage more sustainable consumption habits, including a campaign to promote our refurbished range.
Our efforts to raise awareness of the responsible habits of our business customers resulted this year in the signing of several 5-year contracts, which also include take-back clauses.

Extend the scope of material traceability in our phones to new elements: lithium, graphite and nickel.
Create a communication/marketing campaign to promote the benefits of refurbished products in France
